Meet Kyle Albrecht, Owner of Property Works of Central Texas
Kyle Albrecht was born in Dallas, Texas, and moved to Austin, Texas with his family at age 4. At 14, he began welding, and in high school, he became active in Future Farmers of America. After High School, Kyle worked in the pipeline construction industry, spent nine years in the building trade, and worked in the construction industry for a total of 20 years. He is an accomplished union journeymen pipe fitter, a high point graduate at Local Union 286, and a local state and regional piping/welding winner.
In 2014, he came up with the idea of owning his own land-clearing company between seasonal pipeline work and purchased his first track loader. Seeing the growing need for land clearing and cedar tree removal living in Central Texas, Cedar Killers and Property Works of Central Texas was born.
Now a growing company with a general labor team and large equipment, including an excavator, Property Works of Central Texas is ready to take on the job. We offer maintenance contracts for facilities, estate, land, or ranch with competitive rates. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service to our customers.
